Responsibilities:
- Book vessels in and out of Singapore port, and arrange for pilot and tug boat services.
- To handle inward and outward formalities/clearance (declaration and submission on time for ICA, MPA, PSA) to ensure smooth entry /departure of ships assigned as well as compliance to statutory formalities and factual declarations.
- Provide information on the crew to the immigration authority.
- Advise Customs of vessels’ arrivals and departures and reporting of cargoes onboard vessels.
- Ensure that the ship’s documentation complies with international and Singapore's regulations before Customs inspection.
- Prepare and submit the declaration of Pre-Arrival Notification of Security.
- Arrange and coordinate the supply/deliveries of ship spares, stores, contractor services, certificates and documents, provisions, freshwater, waste removal, and distribution of crew salary.
- Coordinate the bunkering of vessels.
- Arrange and coordinate other port operations and services.
- Attend to projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- O level/ Nites/ Diploma
- At least 2 years related working experience
- Able to communicate in Chinese to liaise with China clients.
- Must have related experienced with ICA application, MPA Digital Port system
