Job description:
As a Junior Fashion Merchandiser, you will manages the organisation's procurement, sourcing and merchandising strategies. Maintains strong relationships with supplier networks to achieve objectives of the organisation. Assisting in negotiates with suppliers and manages operational procurement, sourcing, visual merchandising activities for product demands.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and update system Eurostop
- Barcodes creation
- Photoshoot - line sheet, ironing, on set assistance
- Inventory - consolidation, send packing list to Warehouse, follow up on shipment, liaising with freight forwarders
- Inventory management and store distribution
- Assist with ordering materials for production
- Assist with weekly sell through report
- Arranging logistics and parcels matters
- Remain up to date with industry’s best practices
Job requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement and merchandising, preferably for a fashion or FMCG company (Home products highly preferred)
- Highly Organized: Excellent prioritization skills, detail oriented, organized, methodical, rigorous
- Communicative: Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written/verbal communication skills
- Technologically Savvy: Able to leverage computer software to more effectively complete assigned tasks
