Job Scope
- To meet the management-set sales goal
- Represent the business and establish yourself as an authority in the construction sector.
- Be a HUNTER to spot growth prospects in the construction industry and with possible clients.
- Uphold and oversee superior consumer connections while comprehending their demands and providing value.
- Analyze and provide your assessment of a potential new client.
- Create and manage a network list involving all relevant parties, such as developers, consultants, architects, contractors, etc.
- Be a role model who upholds the company's vision, goal, and values, placing a focus on disciplined execution, personal accountability, and business acumen.
- keeps a careful eye on the development of the site and efficiently provides material forecasts
- Make sure the leadership team is kept informed about all current issues, problems, trends, and activities related to product development.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry
- Experience in selling tiles or building materials (not consider candidate selling BCA Course or selling walkie talkie or Interior Design)
- Ownership of a car is required (Candidates without a car currently can be considered, but must obtain one within six months)
- B2B sales
- Energetic and self-driven attitude
- Hands-on experience with some exposure to construction or related projects sales
