Job Description:
- Support the overall kiosks daily operations and ensure the highest service and product standards are met to consistently exceed customers' dining experience expectations
- Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards
- Plan, execute and participate in promotional and marketing campaigns (such as expo/popups events etc)
- Create and maintain Standard Operations and Procedures (SOP) for the F&B business, including F&B administration and food safety hygiene practices.
- Provide solutions and alternatives to overcome operational challenges
- Responsible for the business performance, financial and budget planning
- Responsible for the setting up of new kiosk locations
- Oversee all staff-related matters including such as hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary matters
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in F&B operations
- Experience in managing budgets, stocks and cost control
- Able to facilitate and orchestrate resources cross-functionally to support business development activities
- Able to lead and motivate the team to achieve goals with a hands-on approach
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric mindset
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Able to work on weekends/PH when the need arises
