About the job
- Develop strategies for agency, bancassurance, and partnership distribution channels to meet business objectives
- Review and recommend strategiesto increase growth across the various distribution channels
- Develop, implement, and execute annual business and strategic plans
- Identify trends and business performance gaps
- Work closely with business units (Head of Agency, Bancassurance partners, Chief Distribution Officer, etc.) to drive business growth
Skills and experience required
- At least 5 years of distribution strategy/corporate planning experience in the insurance industry
- You should possess the ability to identify business gaps
- In order to succeed, you should be resourceful, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders across all levels
