Our Healthcare client is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team in a vendor and contract management capacity. You will play a crucial role in managing correspondence and liaising with vendors to ensure the hospital's strategic and operational needs are met.

- Ensure contract management and administration are fully compliant with terms and conditions
- Contract analysis and vendor management.
- Workforce qualifications and competency assessment.
- Vendor service standards and performance validation.
- Contract KPI accuracy checks and checklist completion.
- Issue escalation and daily operations oversight.
- Procurement management and compliance.
- Workplace safety and business continuity planning.
- Inventory and fixed asset management.
- Contract execution and KPI verification for payment approval.
- Documentation maintenance and budget assistance.
- Project and task leadership or participation.
Requirements
- Degree, preferably in contract management in Healthcare / Hotel Setting
- At least 3 years of related experience
- Good team player
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good writing and communication skills
- Analytical, meticulous and high level of initiative
