Our Healthcare client is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team in a vendor and contract management capacity. You will play a crucial role in managing correspondence and liaising with vendors to ensure the hospital's strategic and operational needs are met.


Responsibilites

  • Ensure contract management and administration are fully compliant with terms and conditions
  • Contract analysis and vendor management.
  • Workforce qualifications and competency assessment.
  • Vendor service standards and performance validation.
  • Contract KPI accuracy checks and checklist completion.
  • Issue escalation and daily operations oversight.
  • Procurement management and compliance.
  • Workplace safety and business continuity planning.
  • Inventory and fixed asset management.
  • Contract execution and KPI verification for payment approval.
  • Documentation maintenance and budget assistance.
  • Project and task leadership or participation.

Requirements

  • Degree, preferably in contract management in Healthcare / Hotel Setting
  • At least 3 years of related experience
  • Good team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Analytical, meticulous and high level of initiative
