Job Description:
- To successfully manage the mechanical and electrical works on the project with the objective of meeting the budgets, client satisfaction, on time completion, achieving the M&E targets.
- To manage and coordinate system wide contractor and subcontractor production levels in order to meet program
- To manage engineering team in the production of shop drawings, combined M&E services drawing and installation method statements in order to meet the project program with regards to installation works
- Lead all M&E related aspects of the works. Liaise with clients M&E teams as necessary to facilitate the contract requirement. Lead SWC Meetings
Job requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Mechanical & Electrical services coordination with A1 main contractor
- Preferably understand BIM for design coordination
- Preferably with LTA project experience
