As the leading provider of recreational facilities in Singapore, they are looking into value adding its Sales Team and seeking for a Business Development Executive to further expand the business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in the pursuit, identification, cultivation, and nurturing of business affiliations with potential corporate clientele, aiming to meet designated annual sales targets.
- Conduct thorough research, generate leads, and finalize sales utilizing diverse approaches such as B2B interactions, tele-sales, and innovative sales outreach endeavors.
- Discern pivotal market sectors and execute strategies to foster revenue expansion.
- Oversee pipeline management and performance monitoring by tracking monthly sales activities across all parks.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in Corporate Sales and Business Development.
- Previous sales exposure within the attractions or hospitality sector is advantageous.
- Demonstrate creativity, adept multitasking abilities, exceptional time management, and proficiency in collaborating within a team or independently.
- Exhibit a sales-focused mindset, emphasizing results, along with outstanding interpersonal skills and a reservoir of personal energy, maturity, and initiative.
- Display proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Act as a proactive team contributor, exhibiting a constructive attitude and unwavering determination to achieve objectives.
