Job Descriptions:
- Handle all purchasing duties
- Prepare, review and place purchase orders
- Assist in Schedule purchases and arrivals
- Maintain inventory
- Coordinate with internal parties involved in procurement matters
- Maintain and update purchasing documents/ records and approved external provider list
- Ensure purchasing functions conformance to plant requirements
- Build and maintain good relationship with current and new vendors
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and activities assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain/ Purchasing or equivalent
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Basic mathematical knowledge
- Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures
- Meticulous with good organization, negotiation and analytical skill
- Commitment and initiatives to complete any urgent tasks timely
- Good time management
- Being able to start work immediately would be advantage.
- Must be able to travel overseas for purchasing
