Duties/Responsibilities:
- Craft job descriptions, advertise openings, and conduct interviews.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage employment actions in line with the company SOP.
- Develop and manage payroll budgets, and conduct HR data analysis.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and counseling.
- Lead recruitment and training efforts for new staff, or support management in these processes.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from onboarding to payroll processing.
- Monitor and enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Provide advice to management on legal compliance and HR policies.
- Conduct job evaluations and recommend pay structure revisions.
- Supervise daily HR department operations, ensuring efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in retail, hospitality, or FMCG.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in local employment laws and best practices.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to develop and execute ideas, reports, and budgets.
