Job Responsibilties
- Coordinating all O&M and plant outage activities to achieve safe, reliable and efficient operation of the Power Station
- Supporting and liaising with relevant Asset/Operation departments for long term power station turnaround planning
- Assist to implement modern O&M practices, tools and techniques for safe, reliable and efficient Power Station operation
- To fully develop and utilize the CMMS for efficient and effective O&M Planning practice and co-ordination with service provider for license management, backup, individual account management and software upgrade
- Fully utilizing the CMMS to ensure all O&M activities and experiences are recorded to comply with Station, legislative and company policy requirements
- To assist fully with and help implement all HSE practices and a Quality Management System as applied to the Power Station
- Perform review on maintenance plans, monthly maintenance report and consolidation of planned and unplanned outage reports
- Review the completeness and organize the filing of departmental documentations
- Additional tasks and responsibilities given by power plant management
- Provide close and constant liaison between operations and maintenance through the individual coordinators
- Provide data expert analysis and advise on maintenance / operations performance
- Responsible to track , safe keeping of the necessary documentation of “ Management of Change” and ensures the process is closed and updated the changes in CMMS & O&M manuals accordingly
- Preferably with MAXIMO, SAP & PREMAVERA and Microsoft project experience
- Organizing the meetings with 3rd party vendors & MMA( Major Maintenance Agreement) meeting
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma graduate in relevant engineering field
- Knowledge on operation and maintenance activities of Combined Cycle Power Plant
- Knowledge on project management and resource planning
- Knowledge in maintaining maintenance record in CMMS
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Power Plant Maintenance ideally on a CCPP (any manufacturing industry)
- Experience involvement in technical aspects of Power Plant operation and maintenance
- The post holder shall be medically fit and able to undertake the duties of the post and any additional duties as detailed in the Power Station Emergency Response Plan
- Plant availability, plant reliability, work order performance and outage duration
- Administrator for Power Station CMMS system
- Work in all areas of the plant site (both indoor & outdoor environment)
