Primary Responsibilities
- Perform Front Desk room reservation duties such as checking-in & out of guest, handling of billing process, room control and assignment, handling and escalating of guest's complaints, identifying guests’ needs to achieve satisfaction, and collaborating with different departments within the hotels to enhance the guests’ experience throughout their stay.
- Manage the hotel driveway for clearance, greet guests upon arrival at the porte cochere, assist with guests’ luggage and parcels, assist guests with bookings for transportation, restaurant, and other requests to ensure professional services are rendered at all times.
- Provide F&B operational support to hotel breakfast services, events and banquets ensuring proper set-up in accordance with the requirements, serving, resolving and escalating guests’ feedback.
- Ensure compliance of security protocols, assist in investigation and data analysis, proper handling of sensitive information to maintain confidentiality and impartiality.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree holders preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
- Service Oriented.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience in problem solving.
