A key team member in the COO's office to perform the following tasks:
1. Plan, organise and execute Community-based Programmes in collaboration with the community partners, our Nursing Home and Senior Care Centre:
a. Assist in establishing links, maintain sustainable partnerships with relevant agencies/community partners to determine programme requirements in serving the needs of the seniors in the community and our residents and clients.
b. Support in Volunteer Management, include recruitment of volunteers, matching of volunteering opportunities in our home.
2. Communications
a. Assist in developing engaging messages through different channels, e.g. in social media, internal communications.
b. Develop content for both internal and external communication channels, such as success stories, press releases and presentation materials.
3. Plan and organise company activities, festivities and regular programme, staff engagement activities, corporate events, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events
4. Facilitate marketing activities, event, roadshows, carnival etc. General administrative and logistical tasks necessary to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of the programme.
5. Support the administrative work for Staff Quarters.
6. Support the COO’s office in ad hoc project and operational planning initiatives when necessary.
Job requirements:
- Diploma in any related field. A bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Familiar with social media platforms
