- Position : HR Executive (Full Spectrum/Automotive Industry) – Up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus
- Location : Central Area – Alexandra Road
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am - 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 + Average of 1-2 Month Bonus + $100 Mobile Allowance + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, reward and recognition, and employee relations
- Oversee and manage recruitment cycle – identify suitable recruitment channels, screening of resumes, interviews with candidates, preparation of job offers and onboarding
- Identify talent needs within the organization and source for suitable candidates to fill the roles within given timeline
- Oversee and manage renewal of employees’ contracts & work pass renewals for foreign employees
- Keep abreast of latest recruitment trends, re-employment guidelines, and employment policies concerning employment of foreign workers
- Lead and coordinate employee relations matters (capability, disciplinary, grievance, redundancies etc).
- Assist in employee performance review.
- Ad-hoc HR Administration duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma in Human Resource with at least 3 Years of working experience
- Positive and able to work under fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with all associates who can only converse in Mandarin.
