Description:
- The Assistant Engineer shall be able to interpret construction drawings and check the submissions for compliance to the Board’s requirements.
- To review submissions from construction contractors/QP/PE for works affecting water pipes;
- To collate the list of sites for site surveillance;
- To prepare submission report to record the number of submissions reviewed;
- To monitor alerts sent from the Board’s monitoring system and follow up with the construction contractors who are working near to water pipes; and
- To conduct any other works in relation to the submissions as required by the Board
Qualification
- Possess a minimum of Diploma certificate in Engineering or equivalent (Civil Engineering)
- Must be Singaporean.
