Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for digital marketing strategy for the brand by developing, expanding, and maintaining the brand outreach across online media platforms.
- Conceptualize and create engaging and relevant content throughout all social media platforms.
- Manage brand social media accounts, plan content calendars, and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop, edit, publish, and share daily content (including promotional ads, etc.) that builds meaningful connections, encourages community engagement, and increases company social content visibility.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and, respond to inquiries or comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyse user engagement and report on the effects of publications
- Support in executing other branding & communications activities
- Reach out to the current database of clients to keep them updated on current promotions
- Communicate and manage endorsements with influencers to enhance brand image
- Provide reports to Management on the progress of social media platforms
- Identify and keep up with digital and social media trends, and propose appropriate actions to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communication, or in related field.Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Experience in managing social media platforms, good use of digital marketing tools, and creating engaging content for various platforms.
- Experience in photography, graphic and video production, and editing tools.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in content creation with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
