· Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Finance or any relevant areas
· Possess 1-2 years of finance analyst experience
· 1 Year Contract – Extendable
· Basic Salary up to $ 5000/ Downtown
Job Responsibilities:
· Handling expense management in tracking and analyzing all expenses to ensure on a cost-efficiency spending model
· Collaborating with various departments on budgeting & forecasting exercises
· Verifying and processing invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy, and making timely payments to suppliers
· Generating and managing purchase orders, including reviewing and approving purchase requests from other departments.
· Conducting financial analysis, such as variance analysis, to assess financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.
· Preparing regular financial reports and statements for management, highlighting key financial metrics, and providing recommendations for improvement.
· Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and negotiating favorable terms and discounts.
· Utilizing financial software and tools to analyze data and trends, helping the company make informed financial decisions
Job Requirements:
Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Finance or any related qualifications.
Min 1-2 years of experience in dealing with financial analysis
Proficiency in Advanced Excel is mandatory
Experience working in a tech team is highly preferred
Good communication skills and detailed personnel
