The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a Japanese MNC specializing in fine chemicals and we are seeking a talented individual to join their business as a Sales Coordinator. Reporting to the Regional Logistics Manager, the successful candidate will manage the full spectrum of order processing, purchasing, warehousing and logistics activities.

  • Work days/hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 5:30pm
  • Work location: Central AND West Region
  • *Must be comfortable to travel to both manufacturing plant (West) and corporate office (Central) on weekly basis*
  • Salary: Up to $3,500/month + AWS + VB (2 months)


The Job:

  • Manage material orders, support customer inquiries and changes, ensure timely deliveries, handle shipping document preparation, including Letter of Credit and SAP receipt processing
  • Maintain accurate customer records, including sales contracts and delivery information, while ensuring proper document archiving and timely verification of freight bills for payment
  • Coordinate with warehousing and logistics teams for smooth operations, ensure warehouse inventory accuracy, and conduct month-end closing reports using SAP
  • Support sales activities by managing quotations, adhering to pricing strategies, preparing weekly sales budgets and reports, conducting monthly SAP inventory checks, and overseeing stock allocation and inventory management
  • Oversee purchasing activities by updating price lists, issuing requisitions/orders, maintaining supplier relationships, notifying of price changes or supply issues, monitoring lead times for timely deliveries, and promptly handling invoice submissions for payment

The Talent:

  • Diploma in any relevant discipline
  • Minimally 3 years of experience in order management
  • Strong background in shipping knowledge (including transportation of dangerous goods and Incoterms) and Letter of Credit
  • Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP) and SAP system (SD/MM module)
  • Strong communication and liaison skills to coordinate effectively with local and global stakeholders
