Our client is a prominent property and hospitality group listed across Asia, Oceania, Europe, North America, and Africa. They are in search of an experienced Manager with strong technical expertise to lead a team in Singapore.
The Job
- The role will encompass planning, executing, and validating all preventive maintenance and corrective actions for facilities.
- Oversee service contracts to ensure compliance with terms and procedures.
- Managing the A&A process, from tender calling to supervision of works, ensuring timely completion.
- Conducting technical evaluations, coordinate with internal departments and tenants for tenancy works compliance.
- Supporting the Leasing Department and marketing team in event and tenant management, as well as managing energy consumption and proposing sustainability initiatives
The Talent
- At least 5 years of pertinent experience in overseeing commercial and retail properties.
- Proficiency in technically evaluating, analyzing, and resolving engineering issues with a keen eye for aesthetic details.
- Extensive knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical systems, encompassing electrical and air conditioning, as well as operations of chillers/AHUs, Building Management Systems, and Energy Management Systems.
- Responsible for resource planning to ensure smooth daily building operations.
- Oversight of planning and implementation of periodic M&E preventive maintenance, repair programs, and CAPEX projects, including budgeting, procurement, and quality assurance.
