Senior Recruiter – Capital Markets Group, APAC

As we look to lead our industry and support the growth of JLL’s Capital Markets and Value and Risk Advisory business in Asia Pacific, we are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our organization. This individual will be part of a dynamic global team and partner with HR and business leadership across the region to provide a high touch, best in class candidate experience. The Senior Recruiter will focus on making strategic hires ranging from early career to senior level.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Create an exceptional experience while managing candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle, including but not limited to: sourcing, cold calling, screening, interviewing, referrals, counselling, negotiating, offering, and marketing the firm’s attributes
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for various roles across the Capital Markets and Value and Risk Advisory businesses
  • Negotiate hiring terms and manage discussions around total rewards packages
  • Form strong relationships with prospective candidates and trusted partnerships with key business stakeholders
  • Take a data driven approach providing recruiting metrics for internal and external client reporting
  • Create key measures of success and provide regular reporting and analysis of recruiting efforts
  • Leverage assessment tools to match candidates’ skills and abilities to open jobs
  • Map, pipeline and cultivate relationships with both passive and active talent from Real Estate service providers, investment banks and Real Estate private equity
  • Build a robust talent network -- develop new sources to identify and proactively build and nurture a warm bench of talent, make initial outreach to potential candidates
  • Lead candidate regroup sessions with business stakeholders
  • Partner with Global Head of Capital Markets Recruitment to create best practices for recruiting and participate in special firm wide recruiting initiatives
  • Embed purpose-driven messages into the recruiting experience
  • Leverage technology to drive improvements and simplification in the recruitment process

Sound like you? To apply you need to demonstrate:

  • Undergraduate degree with concentration in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing or other
  • 5+ years’ experience within Executive Search, Talent Intelligence and or Early Career recruiting
  • You should be familiar with working on senior level mandates within the world of Real Estate Investment, Private Equity & Capital Markets
  • Search firm experience is a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced global matrixed environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking and CRM systems; Workday and Avature a plus
  • Ability to establish relationships and influence senior stakeholders across an organization
  • Strategic mind-set and outstanding problem-solving skills to produce top quality and detailed talent mapping and pipelining projects
  • Laser focused on providing high touch service to hiring managers and candidates
  • Tech savvy - leverages technology to work more efficiently
  • Operates with a sales mindset clearly articulating JLL's vision of shaping the future of real estate for a better world
  • Knowledge of various total rewards components
  • Strong organizational skills and proven track record of driving results
  • Team player who can also work independently and multitask
