Position: Customer Service Officer
Location: Bugis
Time: Monday-Friday, 12pm - 9pm and Saturdays, 2-4pm
Salary: Up to $2000
Job Scope:
- Assist customers at the collection counter by providing excellent customer service and issuing orders.
- Process product exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct monthly stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
