Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Receive and follow up on service requests from clients.
Provide timely and efficient after sales support to customers.
Identify opportunities for new maintenance contracts and conduct negotiations with clients.
Develop proposals for new maintenance contracts, including terms, pricing, and service scope.
Ensure timely delivery of spare parts and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
Maintain accurate records of all after sales activities.
Additional ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
