a. Responsible and accountable for the daily supervision of all sites within the assigned cluster.
b. Conduct announced and unannounced visits to all sites within the assigned cluster based on department KPIs.
c. Monitor and ensure all Security Officers are carrying out their duties at a high-quality level to fulfil client and organisation expectations. Motivate Security Officers to achieve the agreed service level of contractual requirements.
d. Be proactive to liaise with site Supervisors to address and resolve perfromance related matters within the assigned cluster.
e. Liaise with clients regarding Site Operating Procedure. Ensure Security Officers are knowledgeable and well trained to perform all duties in accordance with requirements of the site and organisation's policies.
f. Deal with internal and external client complaints, incidents, and any irregularities. Submit relevant reports and corrective action plans to the Cluster Overall-In-Charge (OIC) and Head (Operations) for approved action or reference.
