Job Title: Finance Manager (ID8164)
Location: Tai Seng, Singapore
Working Hour: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
Salary: $4500 - $5200
Job Description:
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing and implementing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Analyzing financial data and providing strategic recommendations to improve financial performance and support decision-making processes.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Creating and managing budgets for various departments or projects. Monitoring expenses, analyzing variances, and implementing cost control measures to optimize financial resources.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs of all subsidiaries. Overseeing cash flow forecasting, cash flow analysis, and working capital management.
• Financial Risk Management: Identifying and assessing financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. Implementing internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Financial Operations: Managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance. Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of financial transactions and records.
• Financial Decision Support: Providing financial analysis and support for business decisions, such as investment evaluations, pricing strategies, and potential mergers or acquisitions. Conducting financial due diligence and assessing the financial viability of projects or initiatives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, department heads, auditors, and financial institutions. Communicating financial information, performance updates, and strategic recommendations effectively.
• Team Management: Leading and supervising a team of finance professionals. Setting goals, providing guidance, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Compliance and Audit: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, laws, and reporting requirements. Coordinating and facilitating internal and external audits, addressing audit findings, and implementing corrective actions.
Requirement:
• Candidates must possess a degree in Accounting/Finance or at least 5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Autocount
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly effective in written and verbal communication.
• High degree of accuracy, attention to details.
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours as and when required
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
