Responsibilities:
- Manage, guide, and establish a team of product managers to enhance the company portfolio strategy.
- Spearhead strategic projects to advance organizational growth.
- Collaborate on the company product and service roadmap with other regional headquarters.
- Work with regional leaders and partners to determine growth opportunities.
- Act as the regional gatekeeper, offering guidance on strategy, product positioning, and addressing the needs of stakeholders.
- Strengthen the capabilities of affiliates and partners in APAC to broaden market share.
- Evaluate market rivalry and assess product positioning relative to competitors.
Requirements:
- Degree or Above in Engineering, Computer Science or any technical related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Electrical or Industrial Products.
- With leadership skills and ability to guide the team.
- Good analytical skills, presentation and communications skills.
