Job Description:
- Answering incoming calls and response to customer enquiries.
- Assist sales team in preparing proposal and generating invoices.
- Maintain and upkeep the filling system.
- Follows up with customer on delivery schedule and changes.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer requirement is met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- With experience in customer service role preferred
