Responsibilities:
- Understand the curriculum comprehensively and provide support for improvement.
- Preparing and maintaining age-appropriate teaching tools, classroom design, and learning environment.
- Communicate with parents, provide trial session feedback and guidance on renewal of packages.
- Cultivate an established relationship with the families.
- Promote a healthy and collaborative environment.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s records and achieve educational needs.
- Develop an environment of compassion, understanding, and passionate commitment to caring and educating young children.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- With 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Passionate, creative energy with a cheerful outlook.
