Job Description & Requirements
Manage full sets of accounts
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial & management reports and analysis
• Perform collection effects with clients for payments and prepare overdue report to sales staff and liaise with sales staff on overdue debts
• Prepare GST, import duty, withholding tax and corporate income tax return
• Maintain fixed assets and inventory register
• Ensure timely and accurate financial closing and compliance to local statutory requirements and accounting standards
• Liaise with external parties, e.g. auditors, tax agents, government authorities etc. when required
Requirements
• Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent field
• At least 3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts
• Prior experience in trading and distribution companies (high volume transactions) company
• Familiar with Accounting procedure and knowledge in Singapore Accounting Standard and Tax laws
• Proficient in MS Office suite especially MS Excel (Pivot, V-Lookup) and PowerPoint
• Committed team player with positive learning attitude and self-motivated
• 5 days work week
• Immediate starter is preferred
