Responsibilities:
- Carry out comprehensive repairs (mechanical, electrical, electronic, etc.) and overhauls.
- Conduct detailed troubleshooting and diagnostics, offering relevant advice.
- Guide technicians as needed to ensure peak operational performance, efficiency, and productivity. Accurately list necessary parts in Work Orders.
- Perform routine service maintenance on trucks, meticulously documenting repair times and details.
- Keep the Team Leader informed about repair statuses and needs.
- Follow strict warranty processes, including tagging, returning, and storing parts.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area and responsibly manage tools and equipment.
- Adhere to ethical standards in part replacement and service, ensuring compliance with checklists and work scope.
- Uphold high-quality repair standards as per manufacturer guidelines and lead in promoting health and safety in the workplace.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Nitec in Automotive Technology, Motor Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in Servicing & Repair heavy trucks.
- Knowledgeable with vehicle electrical circuit diagram.
