Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct all office operations.
- Manage and lead sales team to meet or exceed yearly sales and revenue objectives.
- Cultivate new customer relationships, maintain existing ones, and enhance the visibility and sales of the company's products and services in the retail and chain store sectors.
- Actively engage in both immediate and long-range strategic planning to solidify existing markets and identify and tap into new ones.
- Offer data-driven insights and recommendations to management based on evolving market trends. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics staff to guarantee prompt product delivery.
- Work closely with the Finance department to ensure invoices are issued on time and payments are collected efficiently from customers.
- Handle the processing of both purchase and sales transactions.
- Provide periodic reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in retail lighting and chain store.
- Able to work independently.
