Salary $3300-$3800 Negotiable based on experience

We are now looking for a dedicated and committed individual as in-house accountant to assist with collecting, tracking, and correcting the company’s finances so as to help the organization to make strategic decisions to develop the business, and to provide high value-added specialized services to their clientele.
Your duties and responsibilities include:
· Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
· Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to the Management
· Manage accounts receivable and issue invoices
· Manage accounts payable and perform reconciliations
· Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
· Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
· Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
· Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
· Coordinate and communicate with external parties like tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, and tax authorities where required
· Assist with other accounting projects
You must have:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, finance, or any relevant field
- CPA/ACCA or it’s equivalent would be an added advantage
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
- Has the ability to work independently and multitask efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS office and it’s relevant functions to perform your duties
- Billingual in English and Mandarin
