HR Operations Executive - Changi - 5.5 day week - Singaporeans only - no experience required
Reporting to the Director, the Operations Executive candidate is to manage projects assigned and is competent on the following:
- to supervise the well being and performance of the staffs managed under the candidate's care
- to liaise with clients on their business needs, plan the necessary schedule and supervise the execution.
- to build and develop the own team of staffing through recruitment and interviews
- to liaise with HR on staffing support and training needs
- to participate in discussion with clients on business needs.
