- Looking for an assistant cook to assist the main chef and ensure everything pans out smoothly in the kitchen
- Must have experience in preparing south indian and north indian dishes
- should be able to follow instructions and act on them accordingly
- To ensure that all the Indian food is freshly prepared, and the food standards are met. • Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed which are laid out in the kitchen
- He/she has to work together with the Head cook for introducing new dishes and menus.
- He/she is to monitor and control stock levels and inventory which will be in his jurisdiction.
- He/she should have the capacity to work under pressure during an extremely busy period.
