Job Description
- Refine teaching and learning approaches aligned to our curriculum
- Refine classroom management strategies, and strategies to observe and document children’s learning
- Engage children meaningfully in the activities
- Implement teaching and learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of children
- Design quality learning environments
- Enhance trusting, respectful relationships with children
- Adhere to health, safety, nutritional and hygiene standards and procedures
- Strengthen home-centre partnerships
- Co-lead collaborative projects with community stakeholders
Requirements
- No prior preschool teaching experience required
- A minimum B4 grade for English Language
- A degree or local poly diploma or 5 O-level credits
- Willing to be part of the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) and Career Trial (CT)
- Singaporeans or PRs are preferred
- Effective communication and Teamwork
- Open-mindedness
