We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support in the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and inquiries
- Prepare quotations and sales orders to customers and sales representatives on timely manner
- Interact with customers to ensure thorough sales and quotation follow-up
- Inform customers of any unforeseen delays or problems
- Demonstrate expertise and accountability in managing Key Accounts.
- Liaise with operations team to ensure timely deliveries to customers
- Identify areas of improvements on work processes regularly
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Lead/Directors
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in any discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in related field
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Problem-solver and possess positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and also team oriented.
