- Handle full set of accounts
- Manage month-end, year-end closing with the Finance team and Stakeholders (Internal and External).
- Preparation of assigned monthly and yearly management reports, Audit, Fixed Assets Schedule and Bank Reconciliation
- Management of Quarterly GST reporting (partial / whole company level).
- Assist with Fixed Assets, Inventories physical sighting/ count exercises, when assigned.
- Maintenance of financial records in accordance with statutory requirements, ensure its approvaland completeness in our ERP/ Accounts.
- Resolve Accounting related discrepancies with stakeholders
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by the HOD/ CFO.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in Service Industry
- Experience in managing full set of accounts
- Familiar with Synergix ERP will be a bonus
- Energetic and able to work well in a fast-paced, high work volume, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
- 5 days work at Loyang (Hybrid work arrangement)
- Salary $3500 - $4500
- 1 Year Contract (renewable or convertible to perm)
