Supervisor (Operation Restaurant)

Location: Multiple outlets

Work Schedule:

  • 5 days a week
  • 9 hours per day

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence:Lead both front and back-of-the-house restaurant operations for seamless functioning.
    Ensure exceptional service standards to prioritize and enhance customer satisfaction.
    Handle customer feedback with finesse, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Quality Assurance:Maintain stringent quality control standards for all food served.
    Proactively forecast kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products needs, and place orders accordingly.
  • Safety and Compliance:Ensure full compliance with health codes and sanitation standards.
    Foster a safe environment for customers and staff alike.
  • Team Development:Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new employees.
    Provide ongoing training for existing staff to uphold service standards.
  • Resource Management:Monitor workstations to ensure they are well-maintained and fully staffed.
