- Ensure Quality Management System is updated.
- Maintain QEHS management system and implement processes in accordance with ISO9001: 2015, ISO14001: 2015 and ISO45001: 2018 standards and client requirements.
- Plan and conduct Internal Audits and Lead and take ownership of Company External and internal audit programs.
- Support audits (levels 1, 2 & 3 of 3rd party diving contractors), monitor and maintain the Company’s “Approved Contractor” status.
- Deliver and improve QEHS performance by implementing Company QEHS objectives effectively.
- Plan and conduct management Reviews and recommend improvements, where applicable.
- Provide recommendations on the most appropriate method of eliminating or minimizing the risks.
- Coordinating Corrective Actions and close out of the audits, if required, to meet the Clients’ requirements. Maintain and update of company legal register and Ensure compliance to company and legal requirements.
- Ensure company QEHS compliance to relevant Industry or Trade Association requirements.
- Provide Chief Operating Officer (COO) an update of implementation or any lapse in ISO/ Quality Management System as and when required.
- Any Ad Hoc duties assigned by COO, including but not limited to office facilities maintenance, monthly newsletter editions, etc.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Degree preferred or Professional Diploma with minimum 5 years of working experience.
- Preferred to work as an QMS Manager before in shipping company.
- Preferred to have diving experience.
- Preferred to be a lead auditor or qualified ISO auditor.
- Able to drive, lead, present to management.
- Able to communicate well with others.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Understand and appreciate relevant legal requirements.
