Job Description
- Responsible for leading and managing the development, expansion of the business in hospitality industry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and other relevant information within the hospitality industry.
- Look for potential restaurants/hotels that align with the company’s objective.
- Reach out to potential restaurants and hotels via email, phone, or in-person visits to introduce yourself, explain your objectives, and propose potential collaboration ideas. Be clear about the benefits of the collaboration for both parties.
- Carefully review the contract and agreements, ensuring that you understand all terms.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the collaboration to ensure it is achieving the desired outcomes. Gather feedback from both parties and make adjustments if needed for a successful and sustainable partnership.
- Build strong business relationships.
- Follow up with client closely.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
The Ideal Candidate
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Proficiency in English/Mandarin Language.
- Ability to multi-task and work under timeline.
- At least 2-year related experience.
