**Responsibilities:**
1. Design and implement electrical and control systems for projects based on process and equipment requirements, including electrical component selection, electrical drawing creation, guidance on electrical cabinet fabrication, programming, on-site installation supervision, on-site debugging, and customer training.
2. Support the development of standards within the electrical department.
3. Provide technical support for emergency troubleshooting to customers, including telephone support and on-site technical assistance.
**Requirements:**
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Automation, Control Engineering, Instrumentation Manufacturing, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
2. Work Experience: 1-5 years of experience in control engineering or related fields.
3. Familiarity with control theory, proficient in PLC programming, touchscreen interface development, and using software for electrical drawing creation. Familiarity with various industrial instruments (pressure, temperature, pH, etc.).
4. Ability to adapt to frequent travel.
5. Excellent communication skills, learning ability, ability to handle work pressure, and strong teamwork skills.
6. Outstanding candidates may be considered even without prior work experience.
7. Willingness to participate in professional pre-job training in China.
