Based in our Singapore Headquarters we are looking for an Account Manager to support our team and clients in Japan.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as an Account Manager to clients based in Japan.
- Participates in the sale and onboarding of SaaS insights tools and media purchasing.
- Participates in the design, development, and delivery of consulting projects.
- Reviews and analyses client requirements or problems and assists in the development of proposals for effective solutions.
- Develop detailed documentation and specifications.
- Performs qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist clients.
- Designs, structures, and delivers client reports and presentations.
- Identifies new business opportunities for follow-up work and new leads at an assigned client.
- Provides follow-up with clients after project deliverables.
- Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of related market information through on-the-job experience.
- Begins to develop practice-specific subject matter expertise.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 – 7 years of related experience in the Ad tech industry in Japan.
- Must be bilingual and fluent in English and Japanese.
- Possesses solid project management skills, client influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior-level managers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, and juggle priorities.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client-influencing skills.
