Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Supervise all on-site construction activities, allocate resources, and control quality
- Enforce health and safety protocols, maintaining a secure job site environment
- Manage project costs, prevent overruns, and ensure efficient procurement
- Maintain communication with stakeholders, providing regular progress reports
- Handle change orders and promptly address on-site issues
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
- Lead and manage the on-site construction team
- Must be able to communicate with all levels, be a good team player
- Able to start work within a short notice period
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in similar capacity.
