$2500 - $3000 basic salary + Performance + Transport Allowance + ERP and Parking claimable

Shared commission on average per month from $500 to $2000+ per individual.

Required to possess own transport to meet client


Responsibilities:


Sales to Target Segments: The Sales Executive focuses on selling solid wood products to Main Contractors, ID Companies, and Applicators, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable solutions from the company's product range.

New Account Development: Actively seeking out new customers within the target segments and establishing relationships to drive sales growth. This involves identifying potential clients, making cold calls, attending networking events, and conducting market research to identify opportunities.

Technical Selling and Presentations: Conducting technical selling by demonstrating the features and benefits of the company's solid wood products to customers. This includes delivering presentations, providing product samples, and addressing technical inquiries to showcase the value proposition.

Client Relationship Maintenance: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. This involves regular communication, addressing client concerns, providing support, and proactively seeking feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.

Market Information Gathering: Gathering market information related to customer preferences, industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. This information is crucial for developing effective sales strategies, identifying opportunities, and staying competitive in the market.


Requirements:


Minimum requirement of a Diploma in Interior Design or a related field

Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the Renovation or related industry Strong network and good contacts with Main Contractors in the construction/building industry

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)

Self-motivated team player with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working under pressure
