Job Description
- Build and develop new and existing sales channels.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Identify clients’ needs and promote services provided by Beacon to address their needs.
- Prepare proposals, follow up and conduct sales presentations to prospective clients
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
- (SBDM role) Lead and guide other BDMs.
Requirements:
- Insatiable appetite for generating new business and exceeding targets
- Competent in conducting presentations to clients
- Good in building relationships with clients
- Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
- Diploma or Degree (in relevant disciplines)
- (BDM role) Min 2 years of solid experience in B2B sales of service solutions
- (SBDM role) 5-year sales experience in industries similar with Beacon
- (SBDM role) Thinks strategically and analytically
- (SBDM role) Able to coach and guide team members to bring in results
