about Job
As a Specialist - Candidate Screening, you will interact frequently with team leaders to ensure the screening process is executed seamlessly in the region or country.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the program development and implementation of MCF's fair consideration framework of candidates applying to Google in Singapore. You will also be responsible for MCF application management (screening), job posting, providing strategic direction to APAC recruiters hiring in Singapore, and for working with other departments - Randstad Sourceright - India
(Market HR, Compliance, Enablement and Operations) to ensure that MCF's policies and procedures are aligned with its commitment to fair and equitable hiring practices.
primary responsibilities
- Job posting on MCF and application management
- Run educational programs for APAC recruiting related to Singapore hiring compliance
- Lead MCF Recruiting Cohort with specified workstreams, deliverables and priorities
- Support Recruiting inquiries on MCF and visa processes
- Data and Dashboard maintenance and management
- Cross-collaborate with XFN teams (Market HR, Recruiting Compliance) to ensure process alignment with government frameworks
- Serve as a point of contact to promptly resolve escalations and incoming requests with a high focus on customer service
- Lead critical projects across the team and People Operations to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness, equity and experience of Googlers, candidates, and broader team members
- Collaborate on special projects to drive efficiency and streamline processes
- Work closely with the leadership team for providing seamless support
required skill-set & qualifications
- APAC Recruiting Experience
- Experience with vendor management or operations
- Understanding of People Operations programs and processes (e.g., recruiting life cycle, contingent workforce management, etc.).
- Proven ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, business changes, and shifts in priorities
- Ability to exercise discretion in handling, processing and disclosing information of a confidential, and/or sensitive nature.
