Main Duties & Responsibilities
· Overall in charge of sales, activities arrangement (on manpower), sales staffs' management
· Execute from marketing department to sales managers’
· Liaise with Accounts about Doctors' payments, prepare Doctors' letters for them and commission for sales staffs
· Liaise with Operations about CBC, Pending issue, cancellation list and other related matters
· Liaise with the marketing department about Baby Events, seminars, corporate events, LW talks and other activities
· Participate in Baby Events, seminars, corporate events, Antenatal talks, Lab visits and LW talks
· Arrange internal meeting with sales mangers & staffs to have feedbacks and concerns
· Joint calls with sales team to see new accounts, build relationships with O&G Doctors & nurses and hospitals related departments
· Other assign duties by management
Requirements:
· Must possess at least Degree
· Good analytical and questioning skills coupled with ability to develop and implement sales strategies
· Strong in interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision
