Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients about the nature of the research to be carried out
- Design and manage a research project independently
- Programming of SPSS templates, syntaxes for capturing of data, excel macros
- Creating a data coding frame / coding
- Manage and execute analysis type projects (e.g. when data is provided by client / data-mining in big data)
- Data analysis based on project specifications (e.g. cross-tabulations, custom-tables, pivot tables, significance testing, multivariate analysis, matrix analysis, discriminant analysis, parametric and non-parametric tests etc.)
- Data cleaning and vetting
- Prepare and finalise reports for both qualitative and quantitative in PowerPoint / Word / Excel
- Conduct presentation
Requirements:
- Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business, Mathematics, Psychology, Statistics and other relevant disciplines
- Experienced in quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods
- Experienced with using a variety of research techniques to gather relevant information
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and SPSS
- At least 1-2 years of working experience as market researcher or related field
- Has project management experience
- Good communication and presentation skills
