Job Purpose:
The Senior Customer Service Representative at GME Chemicals Singapore will play a vital role in enhancing customer relations and ensuring the efficiency of our service delivery. This position calls for an experienced individual who can manage complex customer inquiries, drive customer satisfaction, and support the sales team in achieving its objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
· Manage and oversee the processing of customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Coordinate closely with the logistics & sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
· Analyze customer feedback and work with the management team to improve service quality and procedures. Support with the development of Business work flows.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met.
· Provide mentorship and guidance to junior customer service staff, helping them resolve complex issues and develop their skills.
· Prepare regular reports on customer service metrics and identify trends or issues that require attention.
· Consolidate Customer forecasts
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, with at least 3 years in a senior role or similar capacity.
· Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, preferably in the polymer or related industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult customer situations with diplomacy and tact.
· Proficiency in customer service software, databases, and tools, preferably SAP
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
