Job Description:
- Operate commercial dishwashing machine to wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils
- Hand wash dishes and kitchen equipment as needed
- Ensure that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards
- Empty trash and dispose of waste in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
- Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks as needed
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and/or scrub floors as needed
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of any shortages
Qualifications / Requirements:
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Attention to detail and responsible
- Able to work long hours and shift work
