Location:
- Work within a vibrant Primary School Environment, at CCK
Contract Period: From 1 Jul 2024 to 30 Jun 2025.
Option to Extend: 1 Jul 2025 to 30 Jun 2026.
Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with external partners to oversee engaging after-school programs, focusing on student attendance and behavior management.
- Work alongside the Assistant Year Head (AYH) to develop tailored after-school programs, specifically targeting high-needs student groups, aimed at enhancing motivation and participation in school activities.
- Maintain detailed records and closely monitor the progress of high-needs students, both during and after school hours.
- Assist in organizing enriching Learning Journeys for high-needs students under the guidance of the AYH.
- Provide invaluable support in administrative tasks, including record-keeping, filing, and assisting the Administration Manager & School Leaders with various duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in primary schools, either as an educator or in a teaching support role.
- Proficient in monitoring and managing student activities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- Strong organizational abilities, particularly in administrative tasks such as record-keeping and filing.
